Am 23. August 2009 treffen sich das Organisationskommittee und interessierte Läufer/innen in Frankfurt von 10 - 16 Uhr, wieder in der Jugendherberge, Adresse siehe unten.
Es geht um Informationen zum aktuellen Projektstand und die Möglichkeit für Interessenten, sich zu informieren und gegebenenfalls für eine Teil- oder die Gesamtstrecke anzumelden.
Am 31. August 2009 läuft die erste Anmeldefrist ab. Dann soll aufgrund der vorliegenden Anmeldungen entschieden werden, ob eine Durchführung des Team-Etappenlaufes von Berlin nach Johannesburg lauf- und finanztechnisch durchführbar ist.
Die letze Anmeldefrist läuft dann am 31. Okt. 2009 ab, dann beginnt die finale Vorbereitung im Detail.
Wer Interesse hat, ist gerne zu dem Meeting am 23.Aug.09 eingeladen. Bitte schickt mir eine mail, damit wir die Meetingorganisation plannen können.
Zur Information füge ich die Kurzbeschreibung des Laufprojektes bei.

ENGLISH VERSION:
On 23rd August 2009 the organising committee and interested runners will meet in Frankfurt from 10am to 4pm, again at the youthhostel Frankfurt, address please find below.
We want to exchange up to date information about the project and interested parties will have the possibility to gather information and eventually sign for a specific sector or the total route.
On 31st August 2009 the first deadline will be passed. That date we have to make a decision, if we continue to work on the project ot the team-relay run from Berlin to Johannesburg. E.g. do we have enough runners and enough financial contribution by the participants.
The final deadline to sign in will be 31st Oct. 2009, by then the organisation in detail will start.
Yor are very much welcome to join our meeting on 23rd Aug.2009. Please send me an e-mail if you plan to join us to help us with the organisational matters of the gathering.

Le 23Aout2009 le committee d’organisation et des coureur va mettre à Francfort de 10 heure j’usqua 16 heure à l’auberge de la jeuness. L’adresse mentionné ci-dessous.
Nous voulons passer d’informaiton actuelle et il y a la possibilité de signer pour une sector de la route où pour toute la route.
Le 31Aout09 il faut faire la decision, si nous allons continuer avec cette projet, s’il y a besoin des coureures et du contribution monetaire des participants.
Le dernier date pour registrer va être le 31Oct2009, d’aprês on commence avec l’organisation en detail.
